Spire, Nine Worlds, and a 1960s post office
Spire is funded!
Plus we ran a live podcast at Nine Worlds, and this month's game is GENIUS LOCI, an RPG of small gods in rural 1960s England in a village under threat.
SPIRE has just over a week left on Kickstarter!
We're launching a new game! Spire is a full-length, full-colour tabletop RPG written by Chris Taylor and Grant Howitt and illustrated by Adrian Stone (who did an incredible job on Unbound). It lets you and your players tell the story of desperate, underdog dark elves who are struggling to liberate the city of Spire from their cruel high elf overlords.
If you've not backed Spire yet, now's the time! And if you have, thank you very much for your support - please come join us in the official Discord for updates and discussion.
Hearty Live Friends
We recorded our first live edition of the Hearty Dice Friends podcast at Nine Worlds last weekend, as well as setting up some evening mayhem with Dr Magnethands. Listen to the episode here! And if you're looking for the Dr Magnethands rules after Nine Worlds, they're available for free on the Rowan, Rook and Decard site here.
GENIUS LOCI
This month's one-page game is Genius Loci, in which you play the spirits of buildings in a 1960s English village, and defend your home from modernisation. You can get the game in full here.
Thanks as ever for supporting us! If you have ideas about what you'd like to see in this email or if you just want to say hello, please reply. We like getting email. <3
