Instating a union

Rowan, Rook and Decard has this week become the first UK tabletop game company to recognise a union. Our team is now represented by the IWGB Game Worker Union. You can read more about this on the IWGB website.

The team is working on a deeper dive into why, how, and what you can do if you want to follow suit, which we'll send out to you once it's ready. In the meantime: we're all - including the three founders of RR&D - genuinely pleased about this development and we hope it encourages more people to work together in ways that protect and support each other's rights, and make our industry stronger.
