THERE'S NO TIME TO EXPLAIN, JUST READ IT

THIS is the August email and at time of writing it's still August so you haven't got a leg to stand on if you think we're late, pal. Some cheek you've got coming around here. Anyway:

BRIARWOOD

BRIARWOOD is our latest free one-page RPG that is actually two pages long, but please don't judge us. If anything it's twice as free. Uses a scrappy D10 pool system to tell stories about iconoclasts and outsiders doing adventures in a wood, and has rules for camping! Download it for free (or however much you want to pay, preferably loads) here.

HEARTSBLOOD EDITION

We had a book made and LOOK AT IT. LOOK AT THE BLOODY THING.

The Heartsblood is the special special SPECIAL edition of the Heart RPG, hand-stitched and printed by skilled binders onto the skin of a SPECIFIC NAMED COW. It smells like luxury and if it could drive a car, it would not know how to park because someone else always does that part for it.

PEEP THAT BEND. Gorgeous. This is the test one, and it is the most expensive thing we've ever made. Depending on how many we can get made out the leather we have available, we'll put any extras on sale at cons and special events and that. But most of them are just for the absolute heroes who backed us at an absurd level during the Heart Kickstarter.

SHIPPING

Do you like shipping containers? There's one you'll especially enjoy because we've stuffed it full of Heart and Spire products for sale in what geography fans call The Americas, because we can't afford to ship stuff over there individually any more. It's due to set sail tomorrow, and then customs, and then on to our overseas distributor, and then we work out what the best way is to mail out parcels when the infrastructure of the US is under attack by the government, and, well. We'll get you your books, rest assured. But it won't be for a few weeks just yet.

TARTARUS GATE

Did you miss out on the Kickstarter for Tartarus Gate, a brand new type of roleplaying game (it's in comic book format) by your good friends Grant Howitt and Chris Taylor? Well you've got no excuse, we definitely told you about it. Regardless, Tartarus Gate is available for order from Rebellion now, and if the copy we got through the mail is anything to go by, it's gorgeous.

That's all for now. We were supposed to be at GenCon earlier this month; funny how things turn out. Oh well.
